The Developer Readiness Program is a BB&D initiative, and was created together with Microsoft Services South Africa. DRP provides specialised training around Microsoft technologies and is designed to enhance a developer's skill set, especially where knowledge gaps are critical to a development project path, and need to be rapidly addressed.
Unlike other training, DRP is tailored to meet customer requirements and training courses are scheduled on demand. DRP is intended as "just in time developer readiness or technology adoption".
Bootstrapping or fast-tracking implementations with clear deliverables
DRP training is further differentiated by its hands on approach to learning. This takes the form of practical development laboratories, or Boot Camps.
DRP provides training courses for corporate development teams. Courses around a spectrum of Microsoft Technologies are available and can be customised to meet specific requirements.
