Our architects and technical leads have an average of 15 years’ experience in designing enterprise software solutions. Theory provides a good background and we have highly qualified architects, some with Masters Degrees, but the experience of implementing many mission-critical systems is indispensible. Project Leadership
BBD project managers have an average of 9.5 years of project management experience, most coming from a development background. Leading an effective project team that delivers on time and in budget is a necessity for our business and we never skimp on this. Effective project leadership requires inspiring the team, as well as understanding the business and the technology environment closely.
